PB Arquitectura, nace hoy y junto a ella Carlos, quien viene de una familia de cuatro generaciones de reputables constructores y donde aprendió
el arte de la construcción, la calidad de trabajo de su padre y sus abuelos y para dar mayor fuerza a este conocimiento decidió cursar las carreras de arquitectura e ingieneria civil.
Veinte aňos de experiencia en la construcción han hecho de nosotros, constructores de superior calidad, fina terminación y sobre todo a precio de competencia, Carlos ha fomado una sociedad con dos canadienses con más de 60 aňos de combinada experiencia en la industria de la construcción y juntos ahora somos PB Arquitectura la cual te garantiza el más alto nivel de trabajo, entrega a tiempo y bajo presupuesto.

PB Arquitectura defines the essence of quality, impeccable design and construction in the Dominican Republic, building on time and on budget.
Architect Carlos Polanco comes from a family of four generations of reputable builders where he learned the art of quality construction from his grandfather and father. During Carlos’s studies at the University of Santiago he focused on architecture and civil engineering, which has taken the perfectionist builder to the consummate creator of functional space, yet meeting client’s wishes in concert with market trends.
Twenty years of building experience has gained Carlos a reputation for superior construction. Carlos has become a partner with two Canadians, with over 60 years of combined experience in the construction and design industry and together with our highly experienced staff, PB Arquitectura guarantees you the highest standard of work, which focuses on our all important motto, of “Quality and Performance".
